workshop: instability - roy
My selection of pictures was based not only on aesthetics of nice pictures, but on the new dimension I acquired through this workshop by working on pictures. The pictures you see here are not pictures I would have possibly thought of or made before taking this workshop.
Polaroids
Since the Polaroid pictures disappear with time, I chose to photograph places, especially cafés in Hamra Street, hoping that these places will not disappear before the polaroid picture. I tried to use a technique of writing on the Polaroid to inscript the places and the dates on each photo.
